By way of examples, we worked for a white and brown goods European leader in acquisition processes, in the sourcing approach review and in the improvement of the consumer-orientation.
We assisted a world leader in the hood sector in the definition of their presence in Latin America.
For a leader in heating machines, we carried out the review of the sales network in central Europe.
We supported a mechanical producer in their supply chain review and in the development of industrial JVs in Far East; a European building materials leader in the review of their product segmentation and go-to-market strategy; a cables world leader in their long-term turnaround and in international development programs.
