We assist our clients in devising and delivering leading-edge innovation, enabled by the diffusion of fixed and mobile broadband and fixed-mobile convergence. We strive to identify new revenue sources (IPTV/OTT, mobile payments, mobile advertising, multi-brand strategy through MVNO and mobile VAS) and in innovating management and operating practices (enterprise 2.0).

On the regulatory front, we work alongside the main authorities on critical issues (LLU, spectrum, TV frequencies allocation). We also work with key stakeholders in defining migration roadmaps towards new-generation networks.
