Value Partners’ headquarters is in Milan, where the company was set up over 15 years ago.

Together with the Rome office, established in 1999, we manage strategy, turnaround and change management projects for global companies and development-oriented entrepreneurs. We also assist our clients in project implementation, supporting them in re-designing the commercial networks and improving the logistics service levels.

From our Italian offices we mostly operate in the telco and media sectors, where we are the world's leading consultancy, and also in the financial services, oil & gas, consumer and luxury goods, and hi-tech sectors. We deal with business technology, with a strong focus on Web 2.0 issues.
The Munich office, which is classed as part of our Milan office, was opened a few months ago to get closer to our clients in German-speaking areas, including several companies in Eastern Europe. From there we mainly assist leading banks and insurance companies.

Our new Milan office, opened in 2008, is one of the very few eco-sustainable buildings in town.»
