Who do we recruit?
New hires generally join Value Partners at Business Analyst (BA) or Associate level. The professional development opportunities that derive from our generalist staffing and training policies can turn a brilliant graduate into an exceptional problem solver.

To join as a BA and an Associate you do not need any specialist expertise. For more senior positions such as Engagement Manager and Senior Engagement Manager, we will consider previous work experience and sector knowledge.

To join at any level you must have:

  • An international outlook
  • Fluent English and knowledge of at least another language

To join as Business Analyst
To join at this level you will need a degree from a top-tier University with excellent grades and/or up to two years work experience.

To join as Associate
To join at this level you will need a degree from a top-tier University with excellent grades and three to four years of professional experience, or an MBA. You will need to put your previous sector, consulting, industry or business skills and experience into practice as you work at a more advanced level within the team.
