After the first interview I was sure I wanted to work at Value Partners; after the first project I was exhausted but enthusiastic of my choice. I spent 10 very demanding years there: I learnt to work with all the company functions, to have an overall view, to go through details never forgetting to synthetize. Now all this is a part of myself, just like the colleagues who taught me to work in this way, considering each project as a conquest!
