We serve clients in Europe from the Milan and London offices. We have been present in South America since 1994: from our Rio de Janeiro office we serve local and multinational firms throughout the region.

We opened locations in Hong Kong and China, Shanghai, to assist the firms already operating in that market, those intending to enter it, as well major Chinese groups.

Milan is Value Partners’ headquarter. Where our company was set up in 1993.

Out of our headquarter, we deal with strategic engagements, turnaround and change management projects for major firms and entrepreneurs, both in Italy and in all of Europe.

We work in all main sectors of the economy: financial services, media and telecommunications, automotive and manufacturing, life sciences, industrial goods and retail, energy and utilities. We are familiar with all key technology innovations, which are relevant for our client’s business and we support them in assessing the investments required to make their processes more and more competitive. We keep on searching for the most talented professionals, capable of showing initiative, passion, client commitment and results orientation.

For over 20 years, we have been training consultants and managers, besides investing on the Alumni business community, which draws on over 300 professionals in Italy.

Our offices in Piazza San Marco 1, are one of the first examples of echo-friendly buildings in Milan. Inaugurated in 2008, it was built according to energy saving criteria, enhancing the presence of green areas in working places.

The London office has been part of the Value Partners Group since 2007, when the company merged with Spectrum Strategy Consultants.

Our multi national London-based professionals are not only creative and innovative but also have broad and deep level expertise across a range of industry sectors.

The principal focus and practices in our London office are within the telecoms, digital media, broadcasting and financial sectors. This focus is particularly relevant with the advent of convergence between the TMT and Financial industries incorporating payment and mobile money systems and growth.

Value Partners has had a Latin American presence since 1994.

We entered Brazil at a turning-point, when the Plano Real was introduced and the privatization processes started. We have always believed in this country and in its determination to modernize its markets, by promoting competition and attracting foreign investments.

Over the years, Value Partners Brazil has built up close partnerships with local institutions, multinational and local firms and works with these throughout the region. Currently, it deals particularly with projects in telecommunications, ICT, energy, consumer goods and financial services.

Besides, Value Partners was chosen by the Sport Ministry and the Brazilian Government as the Strategic Consulting company for the definition and realization of the 2014 FIFA World Cup event.

The Hong Kong office has historically been focused on bridging the cross-country needs of Asian and European multinational companies to pursue expansion in new target markets, searching for both production and supply chain efficiency and new commercial opportunities.

The Hong Kong office also acts as the Asian hub for our Retail, Consumer and Industrial goods practice: we assist our clients in corporate strategy, opportunity assessment, operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness engagements, with an expertise spike in Marketing, Sales and Distribution. Lastly, we have been helping most of the local Telcos and TMT-related operators such as PE funds and investors in evaluating partnerships, license acquisition and M&A opportunities in the Region.
